DAIILY STUDIO LTD, trading as Dr.toto, is the controller of personal information we process to run this store. This policy explains how we use information when you browse, buy digital templates or contact us.
Information we collect
- Contact and order information you provide, such as your name, email, billing details, selected products, payment status and order number.
- Account information if you create a store account, and communications you send to customer support.
- Technical and browsing information collected through Shopify and similar technologies, such as IP address, device and browser information, cookies and interactions with the store.
Payments are handled by Shopify and the payment providers available at checkout. We receive transaction and payment-status information; please never send card details to us by email. We do not need your Notion password or private application documents to deliver a template. Copying a template does not by itself give us access to your private Notion workspace.
Why we use information
- To fulfil our contract: process orders, provide digital links, send order communications and handle cancellations or refunds.
- For legitimate interests, balanced against your rights: answer enquiries, prevent fraud, secure the store and improve our services.
- To comply with legal obligations, including accounting, tax and lawful requests.
- Where consent is required: optional marketing, advertising and non-essential cookies. You may withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful processing.
Order and support emails are transactional. Optional promotional communications, if offered, can be stopped using the unsubscribe link or by contacting us.
Who receives information
We share information as needed with Shopify, payment processors, the digital-delivery service, email and other technical service providers to operate the store. We may also disclose information where legally required, to protect legal rights or in connection with a lawful business transfer. We do not publish customer order details or private support messages.
Shopify and enhanced services
Shopify hosts this store and processes information to operate and improve its services. Where Shopify Network Intelligence or other enhanced services are enabled and legally permitted, Shopify may use information about activity on this store and other merchants to personalise experiences, provide relevant advertising and understand interactions. For those uses, Shopify may act as a separate data controller.
Read the Shopify Consumer Privacy Policy and use Shopify Privacy Controls for choices and rights concerning Shopify's own processing.
Cookies and choices
Essential cookies support functions such as the cart, checkout and security. Analytics, personalisation or advertising technologies, where used, are subject to applicable consent requirements. Use the store's privacy controls or cookie banner where displayed to manage available choices. Browser controls can also block or remove cookies, although this may affect store functions. This policy does not itself record cookie consent.
Notion and other websites
Delivered templates open on Notion, an independent service. When you use Notion or another external link, its own terms and privacy policy apply. We receive information you choose to share with us for support; do not share sensitive documents or workspace access unnecessarily.
International processing
Information may be processed outside the UK or your country, including through Shopify and its providers and by our support operations in China. Where required, transfers must be protected by recognised safeguards, such as adequacy decisions or approved contractual clauses and the UK addendum or IDTA. You may contact us for information about the safeguards applicable to your data.
Retention and security
We retain information only as long as needed for orders, support, legal record-keeping and disputes. Transaction and accounting records are generally kept for six years, or longer where a legal requirement or ongoing dispute requires it. Other records are reviewed and deleted or anonymised when no longer needed. We use reasonable access and security measures, but no online system is completely risk-free.
Your rights
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your information, object to certain processing, or withdraw consent. Some rights have exceptions, for example records we must retain by law. We may need proportionate identity checks and respond within applicable legal time limits.
You may complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office or your local data-protection authority. You do not have to contact us first.
Young users
Our templates may be used by students. If you are not legally able to enter into a purchase contract yourself, ask a parent or guardian to purchase for you. We do not ask for dates of birth or application documents as part of a normal template purchase. Parents or guardians can contact us about a child's information.
