How delivery works 💌

Manually delivered — not an instant download.

1. Place your order. Use an email you can access at checkout. Payment alone does not release the full template.
2. Choose early delivery. Email class735yinmengyu@gmail.com from that same checkout email, include your order number, and explicitly request early supply and acknowledge that your applicable cancellation right is lost once digital supply begins. We will guide you through this confirmation.
3. Receive confirmation and your link. We record your reply, email you confirmation and the applicable terms, then manually release your template link. Our target is within 2 business days after payment and valid confirmation, excluding UK public holidays.
4. Make your own copy. Open the delivered link, sign in to Notion, click the Duplicate icon at the top right and choose your workspace. Copy the whole template, including the guide and databases.

Prefer to wait? Without an early-delivery request, we do not treat payment or silence as consent. Delivery is scheduled within 2 business days after the applicable cancellation period ends; you retain applicable cancellation rights beforehand.

Refunds: After digital supply begins following valid consent, acknowledgement and confirmation, we do not offer an additional change-of-mind refund. Statutory rights for faulty or misdescribed digital content remain unaffected. See our Refund & Support Policy and Digital Delivery Policy.
