Digital delivery only

Dr.toto sells digital Notion templates. No physical item is posted, and no shipping charge applies to digital-only orders.

Receiving your template

Delivery is reviewed manually. Payment alone does not release the complete template. After a successful payment, contact us from your checkout email and include your order number to arrange delivery.

If you request delivery before the cancellation period ends, we ask for your express consent to early digital supply and acknowledgement that the applicable cancellation right will be lost once supply begins. We confirm and record that request before releasing the template. Our target is delivery within 2 business days after both payment and valid confirmation have been received, excluding UK public holidays.

If you do not choose early supply, we retain the template until the applicable cancellation period ends and aim to deliver within 2 business days after that period. You can cancel before supply while your cancellation right remains. Silence or payment is not early-delivery consent.

Template access is sent to the checkout email through Shopify Digital Products after we release the order. In manual-delivery mode, a template link is not displayed automatically on the Thank you or Order status page. Check your spam folder if the email is missing and contact us with your order number.

Copying to Notion

  1. Open the delivered link and sign in to your own Notion account if prompted.
  2. Click Duplicate, usually shown as overlapping squares in the top-right corner, and choose your workspace.
  3. Duplicate the whole template, including its guide, subpages and databases.

The initial setup is best done on a computer. Once correctly duplicated, your copy is editable and changes to that copy do not change our original template.

What is included

Your order supplies the edition and contents described on the product page. A Notion account is required. The purchase does not include a Notion subscription, application submission or personalised admissions support. Features that require a separate paid Notion plan, if any, remain subject to Notion's own terms.

We aim to reply within 2 business days, excluding UK public holidays. If delivery is defective, we will provide an appropriate remedy under our Refund & Support Policy. Keep a copy in your own workspace; lifetime hosting and future updates are not promised unless the product page expressly says otherwise. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
