Refund policy

This policy applies to digital templates purchased from Dr.toto. There is no physical item to return.

Cancellation and early digital delivery

For new orders placed after this revised policy takes effect, you normally have 14 days from the day after the contract is concluded to cancel without giving a reason, subject to applicable law. Request cancellation by emailing us with your order number and checkout email. A clear statement is sufficient; using a particular form is not required.

We do not release the complete template automatically upon payment. If you would like delivery before the cancellation period ends, you must expressly consent to early supply and acknowledge that your statutory cancellation right will be lost once supply begins. We record your request and send you confirmation of your consent and acknowledgement before we supply the content.

Once digital supply has begun following that valid consent, acknowledgement and confirmation, we do not offer an additional change-of-mind refund. This does not affect remedies for faulty or misdescribed content or any mandatory rights. Where the required consent, acknowledgement or confirmation is missing, your applicable cancellation rights remain.

If you do not request early supply, we will not treat payment or silence as consent. You may cancel during the applicable cancellation period. Otherwise, delivery is scheduled after that period ends, subject to the delivery timetable disclosed before purchase.

Orders placed under our previous 14-day refund promise remain governed by that promise. This revision does not retrospectively remove rights.

Problems with your purchase

If a link does not work, the template cannot be duplicated, content is missing, you were charged twice for the same purchase, or the product is not as described, contact us. We will investigate and provide an appropriate remedy, which may include correcting delivery, repair, replacement or a refund according to the circumstances and your legal rights.

The cancellation period does not limit your rights concerning faulty or misdescribed digital content. Please report problems when you notice them; we do not impose a shorter deadline on statutory claims.

Include your order number, checkout email and, for a technical issue, a brief explanation. We aim to reply within 2 business days, excluding UK public holidays.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method without a handling fee. We process cancellation refunds within 14 days of receiving your cancellation request, or sooner where required by law. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to display the refund.

Your legal rights

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits mandatory consumer rights under applicable law, including remedies for digital content that is faulty, not as described or not fit for purpose.
